As we step into the new year, I invite you to join us for "Light of the Word Sunday" on January 5, 2025—the first Sunday of the year.
On this special day, as we celebrate Epiphany (the “light revealed”), we will proclaim Jesus as our light and reflect on the power of God’s Word to guide and transform our lives.
We will also take time to acknowledge and celebrate the faithfulness of those who devoted themselves to reading the entire Bible in 2024. If you have completed this incredible journey, please let Joyce or me know by the end of the year so we can honor your dedication during the service.
This will be a time to rejoice in God’s light and encourage one another to begin or continue the journey of exploring His Word. Whether you are starting anew or taking the next step in your spiritual walk, you are welcome here.
