This Saturday is Church Conference Day

 

What Is Church Conference?

It’s an annual meeting where all members of a local United Methodist church are invited to come and see what God has done among us.

At this meeting we review and envision in the context of worship and celebration. Our aim is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

November 18 is our Church Conference (CC) day.

• Mars Hill UMC: SPRC (9 am), CC (10 am)
• Houlton UMC: SPRC (12:30 pm), CC (1:30 pm)
• Hodgdon UMC: SPRC (4 pm), CC (5 pm)

I ask you to pray for our church conference, our DS Rick McKinley, and for our hearts.

I also invite you to ponder the following two questions as we prepare for our church conference.

Where is God leading us?
